about
A lot of you may have heard this song on Raw x Infinity, but for those who haven't I need you to understand this... This track is about mine and my family’s personal experience growing up and living mixed race in Australia. It’s important for people to know that this is not targeted at any one person or any one race, it’s directed at ignorance. My hope is that it raises some awareness and starts/continues meaningful conversation about the racial climate in this country and what we can do to bring better equality.
Peace

LYRICS
I come from the land down under, I'm Australian
I come from the land down under, I'm Australian
I come from the land down under,
I'm Australian where we've got men at work Sudanese too Israeli
and this has got the ignorant acting a little Hilter-ish saying that any immigrant should be detained'ed.
Cause Though we got skills, man, they want us in cages,
they're scared, they see beige skin and think we're Hussein skins.
If they're found in the ground like him, then who's saying shit?
Other Than Saddamn Remi's Straight John Blaz'n
Leaving casualties from Canberra, my birth place
too, Nigeria's sand that my Daddy was raised in,
I'm fucking racist propaganda in it's face lips,
so Tell McGuire cram it before I go ape shit.
Though I guess it's not his bad,
That mind set is old, probably got it from his dad, copy and pasted.
And just reiterated what ignorant racists
Have thought since my mother's ancestors invaded
and that's
Fuck foreigners. Those Africans aren't worth shit.
Fuck the origins. Aboriginals aren't worth shit.
Fuck foreigners. Indian, Islander, Arabic, Asian if you're not male and caucasian you ain't shit.
I give's something stupid Raw
No condomss when I give's food for thought
Tell'em I'm extra extra,
Brought the big issue with me
I've got a real big Issue with it
Sushi, Sushi Raw
A la carte food for thought,
Tell'em I'm extra extra
Brought the big issue with me
I've got a real big issue with it
My white friends say I'm over reacting
Like Japan's power plants when earth cracked it
I tell'em I wanna send tsunamis
Wave's of change obviously
Need to swell in to action
So I'm starting 'em up
Turn on the TV
NAAAAHHHH FUCK IT
Turn it off
It's time warped like Michael Fox
But it's not back to the futures
It's back to when black's were in nooses
The Media make's it so we look like aliens,
I mean when's the last time you saw a black guy on Neighbours and
When the News papers
Say Migrants are taking over all of us
Fears the drug
Our dealers the Herald Sun
But let's take a back step
Even if you can ignore all of the facts then
You can't eliminate my experience
Of being made inferior
Or my dad's because of his accent
I fucking hated seeing him get knocked back when
Ever he went for jobs, just because of his black skin
They said he's over qualified
I said he's over colour-fied
They said I pulled the race card out of the Pack man
You think I wanna play that shit?
This isn't an arcade
This isn't a game
This shit is degrading
Can't take that shit
I fucking hate that shit
We've gotta Cremate it
But they keep fanning the flames with
Fuck foreigners. Those Africans aren't worth shit.
Fuck the origins. Aboriginals aren't worth shit.
Fuck foreigners. Indian, Islander, Arabic, Asian if you're not male and caucasian you ain't shit.
